These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Switchback TCG website and your purchases from us. By using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Switchback TCG ("we", "us", "our") is a small online store that sells Pokémon trading cards and related products. You can reach us at [email protected].

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian make the purchase for you. You must give accurate information when you create an account or place an order.

You can browse without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend or close accounts that are used for fraud, abuse, or anything that breaks these Terms.

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Single cards are graded using standard condition terms, and a product image may be a stock image rather than the exact card you will receive unless we state otherwise. Because many of our cards are one-of-a-kind, we may sell the same item in another channel, and inventory can change quickly.

Prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability can change without notice. If we make a pricing or listing error, or an item is no longer in stock after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm shipment or otherwise notify you that the order is accepted. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. We do not store your full card number. You agree to pay for everything you order, including shipping and any applicable taxes.

We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping options and prices are shown at checkout and depend on your order. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers can cause delays outside our control. Our Refund & Return Policy explains what happens if a package is lost or damaged.

Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund & Return Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Gift cards and store credit are redeemable only at Switchback TCG and cannot be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it. We are not responsible for lost or stolen codes.

If you sign up for restock alerts, price alerts, or other email notifications, you agree to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message or in your account settings. Marketing messages are sent only if you opt in.

Do not misuse the site. For example, do not try to break or overload it, scrape it, use it to commit fraud, use bots to buy limited stock, or submit false information. We may block access for anyone who does.

The site design, text, and content are ours or used with permission. Pokémon and its characters, card images, and related names are trademarks and copyrights of their respective owners, including Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK inc., and The Pokémon Company. Switchback TCG is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Product names and images appear only to identify the items we sell.

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error free, or secure. Card values and market prices can change, and nothing on the site is investment advice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Switchback TCG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas, unless the law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies once it is posted, with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the changes.
