This policy explains what information Switchback TCG collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal information. Last updated: October 2026.

• Account information, such as your name, email address, and password (stored in protected form) when you create an account.
• Order information, such as your shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and the items you buy.
• Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Wishlist, favorites, and alert preferences, such as items you save or ask to be notified about.
• Messages you send us, such as emails about an order.
• Technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.

• To process and ship your orders and send order confirmations and shipping updates.
• To run your account, wishlist, and alerts.
• To send restock or price alerts and, only if you opt in, news and promotions.
• To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
• To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
• To follow the law and handle disputes.

If you sign up for alerts or our mailing list, we use your email address to send them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any message or by changing your alert settings in your account. We will still send you messages about your orders and account.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and keep the site working. If we use analytics or advertising tools, they load only after you accept marketing cookies. You can change your cookie choices at any time in your browser settings or through the site's cookie banner.

We share information only as needed to run the store:

• Our payment processor, to take payment and prevent fraud.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
• The service providers that host and operate our storefront and send our emails.
• Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with others for their own marketing.

We keep order records as long as needed for taxes, accounting, and disputes. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. We may keep some information longer if the law requires it.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws, and we will honor them as required. We may need to keep certain records, such as past orders, for legal reasons.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure connections and a payment processor that handles card data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password for your account.

Our store is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The new version applies once it is posted, with a new "Last updated" date.
